Pracilla is the friendly face that welcomes everyone the moment they walk through our doors. As our Receptionist, she brings a bubbly personality, bright energy, and a constant smile that instantly puts clients and team members at ease. Known for her warm approach and helpful nature, Pracilla ensures every interaction is positive and every visitor feels genuinely cared for.
In addition to managing the front desk, Pracilla heads up our Compliance Department, playing a crucial role in ensuring all properties are fully aligned with current regulations and legislation. With a strong eye for detail and a thorough understanding of compliance requirements, she oversees documentation, monitors legislative changes, and works closely with the property management team to ensure all obligations are met accurately and on time.
Highly organised and always willing to go the extra mile, Pracilla balances her compliance responsibilities seamlessly while supporting the wider team with day-to-day tasks. Her proactive approach, reliability, and attention to detail make her an invaluable part of the office.
