Ace began her journey with our team as a Leasing Officer, where she quickly built a strong foundation in client care, property processes, and the fast pace of real estate. Through hands-on experience, she has developed extensive skills across leasing, backend administration, and reception, becoming a versatile and highly capable asset to our business.
From managing inspections and applications to handling compliance, systems, and day-to-day operational support, Ace has mastered both our out-of-office and in-office processes. Her strong organisational skills and attention to detail have now led her to managing a portfolio of her own, where she continues to deliver exceptional service to our landlords and renters alike.
Whether she’s welcoming clients at reception, supporting the team behind the scenes, or overseeing her portfolio, Ace is known for being approachable, proactive, and solutions-focused. She ensures every client, renter, and owner feels supported and looked after from their very first interaction.
Outside of the office, Ace enjoys spending quality time with her family and values creating meaningful memories with her loved ones. Her warm personality and genuine care for people shine through in everything she does, both professionally and personally.
